Also on the ground floor you will find the gym/utility, home to both a handy washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a range of equipment to keep you active on your holiday; or head through into the games room, where a heated pool awaits you to take a splash with the little ones which can be secured of a night, as well as the room benefiting from a full-size pool table and Sky Q package providing hours of entertainment for all.

When the day draws to a close, seek comfort in one of five beautiful bedrooms; on the ground floor sits a double with its Smart TV and easy access to the gleaming ground-floor shower room, perfect for those less able, while up on the first floor you can find the further four bedrooms made up of a zip/link super-king size with room for an additional single bed, perfect for families, a second zip/link super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a super-king size with an en-suite shower room and an impressive walk-in wardrobe, a final double, all served by the sparkling family bathroom and offering wonderful views and a snug spot to rest and catch up with your favourite shows from the comfort of your own bed, with each room offering its own Smart television!

All of the bathrooms have been fitted out to a high standard and complete with Washloo Japanese toilets for that touch of added luxury.

Outside the wonder of the property continues, where you can find a private lawn and patio where you can sit out and enjoy alfresco dining in the summer months, accompanied by a hot tub, letting you achieve true tranquility as you soak up your countryside views.

The local area is a true haven if you're seeking a quiet spot, with the nearby village of Trelawnyd offering the local amenities of a shop and pub, as well as boasting ample walking routes for all abilities including Gop Hill, the North Wales Pilgrim’s Way, Offa’s Dyke, the Clwydian Way and Allt Y Craig.

The nearby seaside town of Prestatyn is the perfect place for a relaxing day with loved ones, with the golden sands of its Blue Flag Beach being perfect for watersports, sea fishing and all-around unwinding.

Colwyn Bay offers an even more idyllic experience, or venture out to Snowdonia National Park where you can find spectacular scenery and a plethora of nature waiting to be discovered.

Prestatyn 4 miles; Llandudno 18 miles; Chester 25 miles.

Trelawnyd is a small village nestled at the base of Gop Hill topped by the second highest man-made mound in Britain. It is close to the lovely North Wales coast, four miles from the seaside town of Prestatyn. There is easy access to local walks including Gop Hill, the North Wales Pilgrim’s Way, Offa’s Dyke, the Clwydian Way and Allt Y Craig. From these trails you can enjoy the fantastic scenery and vistas of the local area. The nearby village of Dyserth, 2.5 miles away was mentioned in the Domesday book of 1086. The parish church of St Bridget, with its interesting stained glass windows, is close to a famous waterfall with tea rooms next to it. The village also has two pubs serving food. Prestatyn, whose Blue Flag beach provides miles of golden sand, is ideal for bathing, water sports and sea fishing. Trelawnyd is the perfect base for touring the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, the Clwydian Hill Range, Victorian Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo or historic Chester with its wonderful shops and architecture. A fantastic area from which to explore the local countryside and amenities on offer along this North Wales coastline.
