I would point out though that newer, cleaner bedding should be provided. The pillows and quilts have seen better days. I did write a review on owners paper slip, but didn't get time to mention bedding as we didn't notice until I stripped the beds for them. The toilet brushes need replacement, wouldn't have them in my house. All other internal aspects were great.
Patio area where hot tub was needs pressure wash and decking broken in some areas. The hot tub control panel didn't work. We reported this to Matt, who said replacement had been ordered. Not fixed while we were there. My husband had to operate the tub using inside the panel. Not best practice. Luckily he knew how. When working only 2 of four jets worked. Used it as it was anyway. Couldn't use the BBQ because it was filthy. Cheap enough to replace I think.
If these minor, cheap to fix issues were completed, then I would return in the future.
