Towyn - 7 Ty'n Don is a delightful duplex apartment set in a prime beachside location beside Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth) Beach and the Coastal Path, close to Llanengan and Abersoch.

Perfect for a family of four, this reverse-level retreat offers access to shared on-site amenities and sits in a sought-after spot with sea breezes and scenic surroundings.

After parking in one of the two communal spaces, head upstairs to a welcoming open-plan living area warmed by an electric fire, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine and a favourite show.

The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for self-catering, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table while recounting coastal adventures.

Downstairs, you’ll find two stylish bedrooms: a double with its own basin and a triple bunk room ideal for children, both served by a shared shower room.

Outside, guests can enjoy the communal garden and facilities, including a laundrette and hosepipe, plus plenty to keep kids entertained.

A short stroll leads to Hell’s Mouth Beach, perfect for paddling and picnics, while nearby Llanengan offers dining at The Sun Inn.

Ty'n Don Cottages

The Ty'n Don Cottages consist of eight charming apartments resting in the coastal hamlet of Llanengan, near Abersoch. This collection offers a selection of amply-fitted properties and on-sight activities including a Play Barn, communal lawn, table tennis, badminton court and a laundrette, making it ideal for a family getaway. The surroundings enjoy a local sandy beach, ideal for surfing and walks in the salty air, whilst there is a selection of roads great for cycling. Travel a little further to Abersoch, a seaside town where you can enjoy scenic walks, including Penbennar Walk Route, and try out the local golf course. Enjoy a meal out at The Dining Room or The Fish Bar & Grill. Explore the wider area and visit the National Trust’s fantastic attraction of PLas yn rhiw, before continuing to Aberdaron where Porth Simdde, Aberdaron Beach and the nearby cove of Porth Meudwy await, along with the spectacular viewpoint of Arfordir Treftadaeth Penrhyn Llyn. Visit the quaint settlements of Morfa Nefyn and Nefyn, and learn local history at the Amgueddfa Forwrol Llyn Maritime Museum, walk the Llyn Coastal Path to the point of Porthdinllaen and finish the day off with a pint from the Cwrw Llyn brewery.
