We enjoyed our stay in Y Granar, The welcome basket was lovely touch .

it gave us a good base to visit the area. It is placed in a beautiful area with stunning views. We were blessed with lovely weather. The lounge and bedrooms have lovely comfy furniture. The kitchen diner looks lovely with plenty of space and a lovely table and chairs. Sadly it was the worst equipped kitchen, only 4 plates, 4 mugs poor quality cutlery, a few pans some of which we rusting. If there is a dishwasher, then there needs to be ample crockery & cutlery to last a day in order to run the dishwasher once. The filter on the dish washer clearly hadn't been cleaned for a while. There weren't any oven gloves and the chopping boards looked like they were more for show than practical use. I can not comment on the washing machine as we did not use it. But it did look new. There was no folder with information, contact numbers or instructions. The shower in the bathroom did not work, it ran cold only. I had to hunt for a plug for the basin and found one that didn't match the current tap. The curtains in the 2nd bedroom are thin, they cover the Juliette balcony. Unfortunately every night there is a blazing security light on the barn, (which I am sure is needed )but It makes sleep difficult. It was impossible to block because of the size of the window. So there are one or two issues which means We could not give Y Granar the rating we were expecting from the booking information.

Lovely cosy cottages, approximately 15 /20mins drive to Lovely areas to visit.

Conwy & Llandudno They could do with few more utensils in the kitchen, also too may flies in the kitchen. Couldn't relax and eat or leave anything on the side when prepping for 1 second. Beds were cosy Lovely living room. With welcome fans at the moment. Lovely welcome basket, greatly appreciated the milk. Nice clean bathroom. However wish there were instructions on where to leave, recycling and food waste. We found a masjid in conwy to read Jummah, had space for ladies too.
