Description

Perched on the coast in Trearddur Bay is the wonderful and charming bungalow of Little Mead.

The ideal setting for your next Anglesey adventure, this detached bungalow sleeps up to six and is within easy reach of several beaches and the town of Holyhead.

On arrival, you'll be met with ample parking for four cars, a bonus in busy Trearddur Bay.

Enter the property and you will find a well-equipped kitchen, that is perfect for rustling up your home-cooked favourites!

Sit down to eat in the bright and airy dining room and catch up with your family or friends to reminisce about all the fun activities you have gotten up to during your stay.

The sitting room boasts a fabulous leather armchair and L-shaped sofa, ideal for you and your group to unwind whilst watching your favourite show on the Smart TV!

In the afternoon, sit down with a coffee and a book in the sun room or if you're wanting to enjoy quality time with the rest of your group, continue through to the conservatory with seating for four.

When night falls, head to bed in one of three bedrooms, a wonderful double with en-suite shower room, a smaller 4' 6'' double and a twin room, all featuring plenty of storage and Smart TVs, for your convenience!

The family wet room is further down the corridor, a contemporary space that has been fitted to a very high standard, so you can enjoy a moment of peace and quiet in the fabulous bath.

Marvel at the views of the countryside in the back garden, before enjoying an alfresco coffee or lunch amongst the flower beds.

All your amenities are at your feet in Trearddur Bay, including the local favourite Inn at the Bay, Seacroft pub or Sea Shanty Cafe, where you can enjoy great service and local produce.

Don't forget to head down to the village's beach, only a 10 minute walk from Little Mead, where you can relax on the soft sands, explore the rock pools and rent equipment from Splash Watersports for an exhilarating experience in the waters.

If you're an angler you will love prawn fishing at Mackerel Rock!

Nearby is the thriving town of Holyhead, where you can go for a stroll and enjoy a picnic at Breakwater Country Park, take in the coastal scenery on the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path and tour the town's intriguing Maritime Museum.

Travel east to the picturesque village of Four Mile Bridge and try your hand at canoeing in the waters by the Stanley Embankment, take a guided tour along the 125 miles of unique coastline with Anglesey Wildlife Tours and admire the abundance of wildlife.

Why not try a classic seaside dish at the Sergio's Fish & Chip Shop?

The nearby village of Valley is served by its own train station, an ideal way to reach the wider part of Anglesey and North Wales, or why not take a trip to Rhosneigr and its beaches, the colourful town of Beaumaris and its castle, or the bustling town of Bangor on the mainland!

Lovely clean, comfortable and spacious holiday house with a perfect back garden.

Only lost one mark for facilities and maintenance because we were unlucky enough to be there whilst the dishwasher was broken.

A beautiful, spacious and very relaxing bungalow we were looking for somewhere to accommodate my partially sighted , 88 year old disabled father and myself for a short break near the sea.

Stunning quiet and relaxing accommodation to spend time in together. We relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of nearby beaches and generally the odd meal out with not going too far every day. The conservatory was delightful , the garden private and we spent most of out time enjoying the delights of the local eateries and fresh fish. I also enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The dishwasher wasn't working but this was not a problem being only myself and my father . Thank you the 5 days were just perfect !
