Enjoying a glorious countryside location, near to the delightful village of Cerrigydrudion in North Wales, is this fabulous detached property, presenting stunning accommodation over three floors.

Cefn Nannau rests within an enclosed garden, offering a group of family and friends of up to twelve people a beautifully-finished and luxury dwelling to call home during their North Wales adventures.

Step into the rustic kitchen/diner and be impressed with the incredible bespoke made dining table, created by a local craftsman from wood and glass, it features down the centre of the room offering a wonderful way to come together at mealtimes, surrounded by the classic slate worktops and tiled flooring, it boasts a traditional country feel.

Set within what would have once been a huge inglenook fireplace, are two quality double ovens, cook up feasts using these appliances and the many others at your fingertips, with a utility room round the corner holding a second fridge/freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a fun football table, leading to the ground-floor shower room.

Be spoilt for choice when it comes to relaxing during the evening, with two sitting rooms, each complete with wonderful plush sofas and seating, with a woodburning stove set within the fireplace in one of them, an electric stove-effect fire in the other, along with a large flat-screen TV in both.

Beautiful artwork and furnishings add an extra special feel to the property, such as the rustic and bespoke coffee tables in the sitting room, crafted from reclaimed wood, and the locally made throws and cushions in the bedrooms.

Travel upstairs to the first floor and find four immaculate double bedrooms, set on a mix of laminate and reclaimed wooden floorboards, with heavy oak doors and furnishings continuing the property's classic style.

Settle under the crisp white bed linen and wake up to incredible country views from your window in the morning, before stepping into your own en-suite shower room, featured in three of the double rooms, while the remaining one enjoys a walk-in wardrobe, and is served by the spacious family bathroom.

Move past the landing space and up the stairs to the second floor where two bedrooms, on either side of the stairs, are each home to two single beds, settled under the eaves with skylights and exposed beams above, with creative hanging space for your things.

Enjoy afternoons outside in the good weather and make use of the brilliant built-in barbecue for some classic summer food, tuck in around the picnic table outside, and relish time spent outdoors in this beautiful setting, with a relaxing dip in the bubbling hot tub to offer a perfect way to end another fabulous day with your loved ones.

In the day time, find adventure at the National White Water Centre in Fron-goch, where you can take part in some thrilling white water rafting with a rafting safari, a full rafting session or if you're daring, try canyoning which involves climbing, scrambling, sliding and swimming your way through the gorge!

Journey through a mountain and underground at Go Below Underground Adventures, zip-line through the caverns, climb up the vertical shaft or take a boat across the late, it's a unforgettable day out.
