It was comfortable stay and in a nice quiet area of the park.
Everything was within a short walking distance, and easy to access. The windows hadn't been cleaned on the inside. There were paw prints and smear marks on the patio doors glass and smear marks on the windows, which looked like they have been made by someones pet. There was a lot of pet hairs on the floor around the caravan which we had to sweep up before we could settle in. We had to wash the crockery and cutlery before they could be used.
On arrival the caravan was lovely and clean instructions on how to find the caravan was spot on no complaints at all and as an added bonus there was an air fryer and full size fridge freezer fully enjoyed I do think the decking may need looking at as the gate didn't really lock into place but other than that all was great thank you for a lovely holiday
Hi the caravan was spotless inside but the out side and seating area is dirty which I don't understand as it would not take long to clean and I think the prices on site are absolutely disgusting and it would not surprise me is this park dean site gets closed xx
