The property was really disappointing.
It was dirty and run down and not as advertised at all. I am a single mum with 3 neurodivergent children and had to save really hard to make this holiday possible and honestly the accommodation just wasn’t worth it. Stains, marks sticky sides and walls, dirty feet/socks from the floors, overall just very unhappy.
Very disappointed to find the caravan dirty and simply not cleaned.
Basic build up of scum in the shower that had not been cleaned for some time. Very dirty fridge, frozen blood pool in the freezer, dirty plates and cutlery. We felt like we had to clean it before we could settle. It would take two hours to really bring it up to standard. Please clean for future guests!!!
