What guests are saying
We loved the layout of this property, especially the large, open plan, kitchen, dining room, snug.
Everything was very clean and well presented. Furnishings were lovely with very comfortable sofas. Kitchen was well equipped. Had a very warm welcome from the owner. The garden was perfect for our dog, not completely secure, but as described. There was a secure dog walk area at the owner's farm 5 minutes walk away which was very useful.
Ty Mawr was a lovely cottage for our group of 4 adults and 4 children.
The space itself gave us enough room to spread out especially downstairs. The owners were very thoughtful and left some welsh cheese and biscuits and crisps on arrival which was great. The warm blankets in each bedroom were useful on chilly evenings. We would have loved to have also found shower gel and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms just for ease on arrival. The basics (tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper) also would have been very useful in the kitchen too. Locks on the bathroom doors would have been great as we did have a few awkward moments between families! And the beds were quite soft for us and caved in a bit which was not ideal for my husband’s back. We enjoyed our stay but would have liked to have seen the above to make it even better. Thank you
A wonderful week at Ty Mwar Farm.
