Babbling Brook is a welcoming single-storey holiday lodge situated at Bron Aber near Trawsfynydd, Gwynedd, within the stunning surroundings of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. Sleeping up to four guests, this inviting retreat is ideal for families, friends and outdoor enthusiasts seeking a comfortable base from which to explore the mountains, lakes, forests and coastline of North Wales.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed open-plan living area, perfect for unwinding after days spent exploring the region. The sitting area offers ample seating, complemented by a Freeview TV and an electric woodburning-effect fire, creating a warm and inviting setting for relaxing evenings. The adjoining dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together, while the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self-catered stay, including an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The lodge features two well-presented bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom, making it particularly well suited to families. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC, providing a refreshing space to prepare for the day ahead.

Outside, the front garden offers a pleasant spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax after a day of adventure. A stream runs through the garden, adding character to the setting and creating a charming backdrop while spending time outdoors. Off-road parking for one car is also provided for added convenience.
