    “We loved our stay here,everything was spotlessly clean,the welcome hamper was lovely,thank you for that,the Welsh cakes and everything were delicious and tasty.”

    The extras were a great touch,like milk and teabags etc…and the views are even better in real life of portmerion,we caught some lovely sunsets,which I enjoyed taking pictures of,for my photography hobby. The owners were very welcoming and quick and responsive to any questions we had,the beds and sofas were very comfortable,the terrace is beautiful and very secure for our dog who loved it here. We stayed on the hottest week of the year,and the only minor thing we noticed was there was no ...

The well-equipped open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area complete with Smart TV caters easily for holiday living all connects up, creating a relaxed setting for shared meals, where you can unwind and enjoy views across the front garden and out towards the countryside, stretching over the Afon Dwyryd estuary in the direction of Portmeirion. Outside, the garden truly enhances the stay.

A large, gently sloping lawn offers ample space for children and dogs to enjoy outdoor play, while mature trees frame the surrounding rural scenery.

The attractive decking area is an inviting spot for slow afternoons with a book or for lingering outside on warm summer evenings with a glass of wine. The location is ideal for walkers, with easy access to countryside trails and the dramatic scenery of Snowdonia National Park just a short drive away.

Blaenau Ffestiniog is nearby and home to Zip World attractions, including zip wire adventures and Bounce Below.

There’s no shortage of places to eat out, with local favourites such as the Ship Aground and The Plas Restaurant in Harlech, while further afield you’ll find the Michelin-starred Gunroom at Castell Deudraeth, Castell Deudraeth Brasserie, and Tonnau Restaurant in Criccieth. The nearby beaches boast some of the finest sand dunes in North Wales, often wonderfully quiet and perfect for long, uninterrupted walks.

Harlech 4 miles; Porthmadog 5 miles.

Talsarnau is a small traditional Welsh village situated in a magnificent position between the mountains and the sea, and only 4 miles from the delightful small town of Harlech, which is dominated by its majestic 13th century castle. The town is very popular with golfers, who come to enjoy the famous Royal St. David's course, whilst the beautiful 7-mile long sandy beach is wonderful for family fun and long walks. Harlech also offers an excellent variety of amenities including some good quality restaurants. Porthmadog is also close by, as is the Italianate village of Portmeirion, whilst the whole of the Snowdonia National Park, including Snowdon itself, together with the sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay, are all within easy reach.
