Overall, this is a lovely property that was clean.

The entire space is a great size and with lots of available seating, and a decent size hot-tub! The decor in the property was a good choice. The colours, textures, and they way the shapes have been painted to the walls have been designed well, and looks great. Unfortunately they are signs of wear and tear and the entire property could definitely benefit from a fresh coat and some TLC. It's current standard does not match the pictures, which have likely been taken when it was brand new. There is a vast range of items in the kitchen, and you won't be short of anything to cook multiple meals with. The knives, however were very blunt, and the only appliance that is missing is an airfryer.

Hi, The cottage was great with plenty of room for us and the dogs.

It was situated in a beautiful location with fantastic views. The hot tub was already hot when we got there and was wonderful and relaxing. The only issues were the TV kept dropping out with the WiFi. They did try to fix it but to no avail. The cooker extract fan didn't work. The kitchen was lacking scissors, cleaning spray, salt & pepper. There were no books or games in the accommodation There was no local information left in the cottage, but a QR code for it which we couldn't get to work. There was no visitors book in the cottage for us to sign and comment. Mr David Hughes.

We arrived late on the Friday evening and checked in without an issue.

Lovely house, lovely views and great location. Newborough beach was stunning. On the Saturday morning we had a problem in that we couldn’t work out the heating. A box in the cupboard started error. It was a bit chilly, but not awful. I sent a message to the phone number that was in the book, for emergency contact information. We are now home and still have not received a reply. Whilst we managed, and it wasn’t too bad, it’s not great that we haven’t had a response. Most self catering that we have been to have basics, oil, salt, extra toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc. There was only 2 toilet rolls left for 7 of us. It’s just to be aware to take everything with you. The QR code in the guestbook was not working, this was to an online welcome information pack. We had seen some reviews about the cleanliness, the house was spotless when we arrived. The hot tub was clean, and ready to use. Overall, we would absolutely stay again. Some things need addressing, like the attentiveness of the emergency contact information.
