We were very disappointed with our stay at Swan Cottage.
For the duration of our stay the wifi did not work and neither did the television My son could not work online and there was no hot water all day Saturday and Saturday night. Amenities were poor in general and with the cost being nearly three hundred pounds per night - plus an extra thirty for the dog, we will circulate our feedback as much as possible: the family are great lovers of Anglessey and visit often.
This property was nice and clean and tidy.
There were a few items that have reduced my rating - there were 3 frying pans but NO saucepans; there was no information onsite about the property it was all on an app; The internet was missing or flaky. I was sent an email on the day of arrival with a link to the app but as we had no internet onsite I did not get the email until the evening of the second night and there was not enough internet to download the app so I never got information about heating; hot water; induction hob etc etc. The internet was slow and intermittent - the staff tried hard to fix it for us but it was still not great and was non-existent until the middle of the second evening. I was told I would get a partial refund due to lack of service but, so far, have had no response from the property.
