The property is situated in a quiet lane accessed via a reasonably lengthy unmade single lane farm track.
Overall the accommodation was light, airy, warm and comfy. Parking is easy. The 2 large windows in the main room provided good views across the fields to the sea. However, the main window doesn't open and needs some blinds in order to control the light, we were lucky to have strong evening sun and it became overpowering even in April. I feel it will be very warm in summer. The cooking and eating facilities were very minimal/restrictive, even though we had bought our own ready made dishes or cooked frozen pizzas! Only 2 of anything was provided. Some of these were not very practical e.g. x2 shallow bowls - which were not appropriate for desserts! and many basic utensils were lacking e.g. grater, small sharp knife (there was only a bread knife!), cooking tray.
