“This is our second visit to this lovely property but unfortunately we only found out that the log burner wasn't working via a note from the cleaners when we arrived, as this was extremely important to me I immediately phoned to report this, after five days Sykes replied to tell me that the owner has very kindly offered us an alternative cottage with a log burner, unfortunately Sykes didn't relay this information to me until two days before we were leaving.”
And I am still awaiting a £60 refund for the reduction in pets. I have now been informed by the owner that a new log burner has been installed so on this basis I would definitely return. Isfryn is perfect for us, the location and facilities are first class, the beds comfortable, the showers are great, it is spotlessly clean and I can't wait to go back.

We appreciate your thoughtful comment. As always, we strive to provide the best facilities for our guests. Unfortunately, during your visit, the log burner was out of service due to excessive smoke, making it unsafe to use. We have since installed a brand new log burner, which is now ready for use.
