  • “We stayed at Isfryn mid August for two weeks, our second holiday at this lovely house.”

The house is modern and clean and is a size that is just right for our young family and Collie dog.

The house is modern and clean and is a size that is just right for our young family and Collie dog. The location is perfect, outstanding in terms of tranquility and natural beauty. The beach is perfect for walking the dog; he loved the space in the secure garden area. We were lucky enough to have a few quiet and sunny evenings sat up on the house’s wonderful sun terrace too. Thanks once again for a lovely stay, we’ll be visiting again. Paul, Manchester

The property

This is a fabulous holiday house in a glorious setting - we're so pleased to have Isfryn in our portfolio!

Located on the east coast of Anglesey, it's just a hop and a skip to the Anglesey Coastal Path, and a short walk down to the beach at Pentraeth.

From here you can walk round to Red Wharf Bay (tides permitting) to enjoy lunch at one of the very good restaurants. "Isfryn is such a lovely, lovely house, it has a dedicated following of repeat guests.

As they say, you sit and watch the tide coming and going all day and don't want to leave!" Owners Derek and Joanne have thought of everything to make your holiday relaxing and peaceful.

Beautifully furnished, Isfryn is equipped to a very high standard and feels like a real home from home.

All this, and outstanding views - you can't ask for more! Whether you want an action-packed or relaxing holiday in North Wales, you’re sure to have a happy time at this holiday house.

About the location

PENTRAETH

Red Wharf Bay 2 miles; Benllech 3 miles; Beaumaris 6 miles.

Pentraeth is a small attractive village on the banks of the River Nodwydd on the north-east coast of Anglesey. It has a village church that dates back to the 12th century and is located between Llanddona beach and Red Wharf Bay, which has over 4.5 miles of sandy beach. Red Wharf Bay’s Welsh name is Traeth Coch (Red Beach) and the area is renowned for its glorious sunsets. The bay is very shallow and provides safe bathing, perfect for wonderful family fun, fishing and miles of stunning scenic walks. The large bay attracts a huge number of waterfowl and wading birds, including shell duck, grey plover, purple sandpipers, curlew, oystercatchers and dunlin. Only 6 miles away is the delightful medieval town of Beaumaris which boasts a 13th century moated castle, excellent shops, pubs, restaurants, bistros and museums, as well as a golf course and exciting pleasure boat and sea fishing trips. This is a great location on the east coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, yet only six minutes from the Britannia Bridge to access the mainland.

Note: As with many of our rural properties, access is by a track, which can be rough in places
