A lovely holiday cottage with stunning views across Anglesey's countryside and beyond to Snowdonia.The owners, who live close by, have ensured a peaceful and private location, only a 10-minute drive away from the pretty bay at Rhoscolyn and few more miles to Trearddur Bay. The open plan sitting/dining/kitchen is well equipped with cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave, and there’s around dining table with seating for four people. The cosy sitting area has two comfy sofas, woodburning effect electric stove and flat screen TV/DVD. There is a freezer in the separate utility room. Off this room is a small cloakroom with loo and wash hand basin.
Both the double and twin bedrooms enjoy superb views across the countryside. The family bathroom has a good sized bath with overhead shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Outside Y Beudy there is plenty of room.To the front of the cottage is a terrace equipped with garden furniture looking out onto a large garden which is great for children to play out in.There is an additional lawned area with seating to the side of the cottage along with a large storage area which is suitable for bikes and outdoor equipment. Off road parking for two cars.
"Y Beudy is in a secluded, quiet and relaxing part of Anglesey's countryside, yet only a short drive away from shops, restaurants and pretty beaches." A lovely flowing house which is cosy year round. In the winter, and those occasional chilly spring and autumn nights, the wood burning effect gas stove is the perfect place to end the day with a cup of tea and a book, or just relaxing with a glass of wine with friends reviewing another perfect day on Anglesey! This sweet holiday cottage will accept flexible short breaks in the low season - breaks can start on either a Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

We absolutely loved our peaceful stay at the cottage.
The scenery was beautiful, and the cottage itself was comfortable and cosy, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We especially loved the electric fireplace, the lovely views, and the overall sense of peace and quiet. There were just a few small things that we felt could have improved our stay. For longer visits, a washing machine would be a useful addition. We also felt that a curtain or some form of privacy covering for the small toilet would be beneficial. The water pressure wasn’t the greatest, although we appreciate this could be due to the cottage’s location and may be difficult to improve. Finally, we personally found the temperatures at night a little colder than we would have liked. That being said, these were only minor drawbacks in what was otherwise a lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort, scenery and peaceful surroundings, and we would definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you for providing such a lovely place to get away from it all!

It is a shame that you didn’t inform us of the heating, and curtain points noted above during your stay, as we would have gladly rectified for you. We are unable to improve the water pressure for the reason you noted. There is no washing machine at the property (as noted in the online description). The cottage information pack contains details regarding the opening times of the local launderette (Valley village approx 2 miles away) should guests wish to use.
We stayed Y Beaudy oh the 26th September for one week we absolutely enjoyed every moment so much so we booked another two stays next year .
When we arrived the owner was about and came to introduce himself and show us around .The property is the best we have ever stayed in its built and maintained to a very high standard we received a lovely welcoming gift of wine crisps and flapjacks they all went down well Thanks to Mr and Mrs William's we are looking forward to meeting with you both again next year. The best holiday we’ve had in Anglesey!
The property is outstanding - perfectly clean, bright, comfortable but also cosy. Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. The highlight was sitting in the garden enjoying the beautiful countryside views and endless skies. The hosts were so kind and helpful, but also unobtrusive so we were able to relax. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Absolutely AMAZING.
Alma and Harri,thank you for your care and hospitality. The weather wasn't very kind to us but it didn't matter. The property has shelves of books and there are plenty of games or cards to pass the time on a rainy June day. This property is well kitted out and very cosy and comfortable. The garden and outside seating is lovely to have breakfast outside on a lovely morning. Lovely parking area right by the property. A bonus for unloading and vice versa, certainly if it's bad weather

We have just arrived home from our 2nd visit to Y Beudy and had a fantastic time.
The cottage is lovely and has everything you and very comfortable especially the bed. The owners left a wonderful arrival pack and told us of the many places to visit. They could not have done anymore to make our visit very memorable we have already booked for later in the year and cannot wait. We do self catering and it is very nice to have every utensil clean. We had a lovely relaxing week in this beautifully decorated comfortable home, it's so well equipped and immaculate!
We had a couple of warm sunny days when we could sit outside in the garden with a book, though mostly it was just great to get back to from wind blasting walks and get comfy with a nice hot brew. We only got to talk with Alma and Harry a couple of times; they were really so kind and lovely, they made us feel so welcome. I hope that we'll be back in the not too distant future.

A fabulous cottage- exceptionally clean and comfortable with all that you need.
Great gardens and sitting areas outside. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Plenty of walks nearby and shops and supermarkets only a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be going back again. It was recommended to us and I`d recommend it to you also.

20/27th th September 25 Very nice property, good quality interior, well maintained and very clean, also very nice views accross the garden plus regular early morning entertainment watching the wild rabbits on the lawn and the occasional fox.
Very well equiped with books and games if needed, lots of thoughtful finishing touches that made it feel more like home than a rental. Well equiped generally, plus generous welcome pack. Very quiet location (so slept well). Well placed for touring Anglesey. The owners live next door and are warm, friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable here and if we return to Anglesey will definately stay here again.

Lovely comfortable country cottage, just a stones throw for Treaddur bay, owners on site were very helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

There was everything and more to make sure our stay was comfortable. The property with it's superb views,I would highly recommend. Great location with local village just down the road. Beaches galore,and Big Superstores only a few miles from the property. Our hosts were wonderful,full of knowledge and very kind to allow us to use most areas around the property. Their garden is BEAUTIFUL,and sitting with a cup of coffee in a morning overlooking their garden and beyond was very, very special. I definitely would recommend .. Already booked for next year

We had a wonderful stay at Y Beudy, with wall to wall sunshine, which apparently it always is on Anglesey, and the owners, Alma, Harry, and dog Stanley, could not have been more welcoming.
This is a rural cottage, a former dairy, which has been converted by the owners to a very high standard, and is situated in a peaceful setting away from the madness of Trearddur Bay, which we usually enjoy, but our stay in the counrtyside has totally converted us. The property overlooks the owners garden, which is truly idyllic, and if the sun doesn't shine, the library in the rear hallway, and also in the lounge, is fully stocked with the latest must-read novels. Thanks again Alma and Harry, and we will be back rain or shine. Peter & Glenda.

This property is the best Holiday Cottage we have ever visited.
First impressions were of a high standard of cleanliness with every facility you could ever need. Superb! Great location not far from Valley, down a quiet lane. Outside there is a big lawn and sheltered space where we had dinner and drinks in the sun. The cottage feels spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. Highly recommended!

A relaxing stay in a great comfy and cozy holiday cottage.
The web pictures don't do it justice. It's much larger than it looks. Very quiet location but only five minutes drive to civilisation and a good place to explore the Island from. Spotless, well furnished, comfy bed and everything works. Owners friendly and helpful . Other than the wi-fi was unusable due to poor signal (but no big deal) Y Beudy is one of the best we have stayed in over the last few years. Book it !!

We loved this wonderful cottage.
It provided a brilliant place to stay for our family holiday, within easy reach of so many lovely places to visit. The cottage is perfect, really well set up with lots of space and very homely. Everything was completely spotless when we arrived. Alma and Harri were such kind hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for our two year old daughter. The garden was great for the children to run around, I wouldn't change anything about this cottage - I'm sure we'll be back again!
We had a week at the end of june the property was very nice, clean and spacious with everything we needed and nice quiet location.
The owners live next door who are really nice and helpful when needed. Recommend this property for relaxing stay or for visiting all areas to walk, kayaking or sightseeing.

A lot of thought has gone into preparing this property which is finished to a very high standard.
There was everything we needed but thankfully no left-over remnants from previous occupants such as half empty sauce bottles or jars of marmalade. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. The owners who live close by next door were very welcoming without being intrusive, They are lovely people, very helpful with local suggestions for eating, walks etc and very responsive to any requests from us. We love Anglesey and Y Beudy is in our favourite part, although nowhere is that far away on the island. We would return to this property without hesitation.

Lovely cottage with beautiful garden in a picturesque countryside location whilst still close to shops/restaurants/takeaways in Valley and easy driving to top beaches.
Abundance of nature and nesting birds a real treat and the football goal was a big hit with our son! Hosts very welcoming especially Stanley the Westie!
This is the 7th time we have stayed here and once we step through the door we feel 'at home' and totally relaxed.
The accommodation is cosy and comfortable and the owners are 'on hand' and so helpful. There are all the amenities you will need and wonderful places to visit nearby. Sitting outside with such a lovely outlook and weather permitting eating al fresco are precious experiences.

Having our hosts next door was a bonus. There was a slight inconvenience of no WiFi but aside from that, we could not have been better taken care of. A most enjoyable stay which we would recommend to anyone, and would love to return to.

The cottage was simply stunning.
Cleanliness was second to none as were the facilities and extra little touches. Amazing book choices and my mum and I got through a fair few in our week there! The owners were very friendly on our arrival and we knew they were close by if we needed anything. The outside space was beautiful, including a lovely sun spot, dining area and ample grass area for children. My mum and I agreed the nicest cottage we have stayed in and we will definitely be back. Thank you to the owners for helping give us a super relaxing week which was much needed especially this year.

The standard of the cottage was good, we think the bed in the double bedroom could be sited differrenly to get better access.
Really wonderful welcome from the family and such a lovely place to stay.
We loved the beautiful barn conversion which had everything we could ever need including a wonderful cupboard of board games, shelves of books and local information. It was spotless and extremely well designed and decorated. My son was particularly impressed with the garden and football goal posts and the cows in the field next door. Y Beudy was peaceful, quiet and within walking distance of the coast and a short drive to Holy Island. We were grateful for the lovely welcome pack and we hope to be back very soon.

Y Beudy Brynteg was a real find.
We were made to feel welcome by the owners and settled quickly into the comfortable and well equipped property. The jets were noisy on times but were a bit of a novelty. The location was convenient and easily accessible. We enjoyed a very relaxing week.
