Very modern and beautiful views of the mountains!

The cottage was very comfortable and warm. Very clean!!!

Exactly what we wanted, a beautiful scenic spot on a working farm with nature all around!

! We enjoyed watching the sheep which are in the neighbouring fields as well as watching the buzzards flying in the distance. The cottage is lovely and cosy and the view towards bird rock is priceless!! The owners were not at all intrusive but were on hand to offer assistance whenever we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

Property well equipped, great having the log burning jacuzzi for end of day hiking aches with fabulous view of the mountains.

Could do with a few more plates and cups, but otherwise very nice stay. Great walking around. I would have loved to have stayed longer and explored some more.

The accommodation was very well presented, clean and cosy. We had all we needed and enough of everything was provided. The cottage is well positioned, away from the madding crowds and the views exceptional. It ticked all our boxes and would recommend if a quiet break is what you are looking for.

As a new build the facilities were very good & the decor stylishly done.

Everything you needed was provided for. Some signage to show which property was which would be helpful as you didn’t expect to be driving past the owners house through a narrow gap. It was excellent to have fields to take our dog in, especially in the evening. Amazing views & a very quiet place.

We absolutely fell in love with this cottage.

It is beautifully decorated, and has the most stunning views. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and it is so peaceful. I think it has to be the most spotlessly clean cottage we have ever stayed in too. We would recommend it to anyone and we hope to visit again soon.

A lovely property in fantastic surroundings.

The owners were very helpful and friendly too. It is off the beaten track so be prepared to use your car. Kitchen is well fitted out and the living area is very comfortable and the hot tub is very nice too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, nicely furnished with everything you could need. Log fired hot tub was lovely, star watching in complete peace and quiet. Thank you for the welcome basket, much appreciated. Had a lovely day on the beach at Aberdovey and would highly recommend The Penhalig Arms Hotel. Nice meal at the local indian, Bay of Bengal in Tywyn. Would definitely recommend this property, a lovely base to see this part of Wales.

Myself, my husband, our baby, my sister, her partner and our dog Rusty, all stayed here for new year 2024-2025 and it was fab!

! The cottage had everything we needed, gorgeous countryside views ( sheep right next to the cottage on the mornings) comfortable beds, good wifi and the owners were so lovely people. I’d definately stay here again! Thanks for having us

We had a wonderful stay at Bryn Elgwys cottage.

The owners Karen and Rhys were amazing hosts. The wood burning hot tub was a treat. Although the first set up does take a while but after that it took about 30 to 45 minutes to warm. The views are amazing too. But the best thing was the WiFi never have we been anywhere before that had WiFi as fast as this!!! My husband was so impressed. To be fair you could definitely work from there anytime. Even in the hot tub too!! We will definitely be back. Thank you again for such a fantastic relaxing week. Carole and Wolf

Beautiful place!

, we spend a week away every December to remember our daughter, this year we chose to stay here. Such a lovely place, was absolutely spotless! Was nice and cosy with a log burner, perfect for this time of year. It even had decent Internet signal what it's a bonus when you have a child to keep entertained plus the views were also beautiful. We shall definitely be back in the future!

We had an amazing time in Bryn Eglwys Cottage, the cottage setting is absolutely stunning.

The cottage itself is kept to an high standard and just so beautiful. We loved the hot tub, I don't think I've ever seen so many stars in the sky. The log burner was lovely for a cosy relaxing night too. Honestly there is nothing negative to say, our stay was perfect. The owners are so lovely, they can't do enough to help you, which really is a massive bonus to any stay. The little welcome hamper was such a nice touch as well. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful cottage, impressively rebuilt with quality materials, it was very warm and well insulated.

The WiFi was very good. We met the owner who was very friendly and helpful and left us a lovely welcome basket. We would definitely recommend this cottage

This cottage is one of the most wonderful places in Wales that we've ever stayed in!

In a small area of the countryside, but close to beach towns and attractions, it was definitely in the right place. The facilities were what wowed us the most, with the quality of the bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen area. For the three of us plus our dog, this was the perfect size for us. We only stayed for three nights, but wished we stayed longer! We definitely recommend this place to others looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay whilst in Wales, with so much to do in the area.

The cottage was perfect. We were so relaxed and just enjoyed some quality family time, fun and food. You had thought of everything including a wonderful Christmas welcome. The location was ideal for long walks in the hills or clear the cobwebs out on the beach. It was cosy, warm and someways better than home, all the creature comforts with stunning views. Beautiful cottage.

Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The views are stunning . Good access to different towns nearby and the cottage felt very homely. The host was amazing and very helpful. Definitely will be booking the cottage again for a visit soon :)

Dog friendly which was a bonus for us , it really was a home from home, the owners were so friendly and informative. This will not be our last stay here, we are already planning our return visit :-)
