The cottage is lovely and very well equipped.

The weather was pretty awful but it was great to come back to the lovely warm cottage each time we ventured out.

Bodnant is a lovely barn conversion cottage.

It was immaculately clean and has everything needed for a perfect holiday. The location is ideal - just 3 miles from Tywyn, but set in the green and peaceful hills and reached by a quiet country lane. We rode on the Talyllyn and Fairboune railways, saw Dolgoch falls with plenty of water, enjoyed the view from Castell y Bere and the sun on the beach at Tywyn. Many thanks to Carys for the welcome gifts of Welsh cakes and milk. This is undoubtedly one of the very best holiday cottages we have stayed in and hope to return. David & Joy.

A beautiful little cottage, in very peaceful and tranquil surroundings.

First impressions are everything they say, so credit to Carys as the arrival led us to book next year on the very first day of arrival. Sited on a working farm, this little gem offers everything from the sounds of the early morning risers in the cows calling their calf’s, to the sheep calling their lambs, the sound of the birds singing, to the very relaxing sound of the stream passing through the front of the cottage. A short walk down the lane led you to local footpaths, the glorious scenery down the valley, and the sounds and smells of the Talyllyn Railway trundling past. This little part of Wales has always been very special to us, and now we have found somewhere echoes this special place in how you are left feeling in the welcome you receive from the moment you arrive by Carys.
