The cottage was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable.

Everything we needed and more. Lovely little garden too. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at BB Cottage it was definitely home from home and so well equipped, very clean and some lovely little touches which were perfect.

Our host was very informative so we knew what to expect on arrival. It was so peaceful and relaxing in fact our furry child did not bark once. I would definitely recommend and hopefully we will return very soon

Perfect escape from reality.

Had a 4 night stay in the most idyllic place. Morning coffee in the garden watching lambs playing in the fields, opening your curtains to gorgeous views. Lovely little quirky cottage with everything you need provided and extras too. Wine, crisps, biscuits, selection of tea and coffees, sauces, cleaning items, pet friendly. Perfect location for exploring. Plenty of scenic walks and beaches nearby. Internet not great but that was a positive for me as wanted an escape from reality. If you love nature, the outdoors, scenery and hiking this is perfect. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely cottage.

We had the most wonderful stay here. You will find everything you need is provided in this beautiful old cottage. We enjoyed the pretty little garden and were lucky to have some entertaining lambs as neighbours for the week. Highly recommend :-)

Great place to stay, very comfortable, a real home from home!

Owner had thought of everything possible to make it so. The Riverside pub in Pennal, only 5 minutes away, great food and hospitality was the icing on the cake. Aberdovey, with it's pubs, cafe's and shops and great beach, all made for a really perfect holiday.

Lovey cottage in a wonderful part of the world.

The owners were very gracious with letting us take our two dogs and they were on hand if we needed anything at all. Beautiful garden and lovely clean property, only negative is the road outside the house which woke us up most mornings but this is a small negative compared to the stunning scenery and location. Thank you

We had a lovely weekend stay at this charming cottage in Wales.

The setting is absolutely gorgeous, with peaceful views over a field full of sheep – our girls were delighted and spent ages just watching them from the garden. The cottage itself was cosy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It felt welcoming and thoughtfully put together. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside escape.

Very comfortable cottage well placed for the beach at Aberdovey and Machyllnth town

This comfortable and quirky cottage has been tastefully furnished and finished to a high standard with plenty of welcoming little touches.

Everything you need is there for you and your furry friend including an excellent welcome pack. The beds are crisp and clean and the whole place oozes freshness and cleanliness. It’s a very well located property for exploring the area and is great to come back to at the end of the day. A particular highlight is the fully enclosed garden area and being able to sit out and relax while admiring the countryside views. This is definitely a property to be enjoyed and the owner, Louisa, is very attentive and helpful.

Overall everything was good.

Having stayed in lots of different properties we have quite a good idea of what to expect. The owner was very pro-active although you sometimes don't need to be told to take sheets off beds, empty bins, etc! Lovely location, but on a busy road. No shops for 3-4 miles, no problem as we knew this. Weather was great and lots of dog walks near. :-) Thanks.

The property was exceptionally well equipt and the beds were wonderful, the lovely welcome pack including a bottle of wine, dog treats and pods for the Dolce Gusto coffee mechine were definitely well received by all! Look forward to visiting again soon!

Ideally located for Aberdovey, Machynlleth. The hostess Lou was lovely she knew we were travelling with my mother-in-law for a special reason and left her a little gift which was a nice touch. Will definitely be returning next year.

It was a perfect base for us to explore local areas. The added touch of balloons on arrival for my sons 15th birthday was amazing, we even got a smile from him!! :) Everything we needed was here - home from home. The views are stunning! The road is busy however it didn't disturb us to much. Thankyou Louise and Andy for letting us stay in your beautiful home x

Excellent location for the Wales coastal path. Nice welcome pack of crisps biscuits and wine! Weather was cool so we didn’t sit out in the garden but it was lovely. Excellent communication with the owner at the beginning and end of our stay.

Cottage was very clean and comfortable and was everything you could want for an enjoyable holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner who made sure we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again .

Fully equipped with everything and extra to what a family on holiday would need. The little treats for the dog and humans were much appreciated. The beds were comfy and the boot room was extremely useful after a wet day out The owner was so thoughtful and helpful, really made our holiday perfect Would highly recommend a stay at this cottage.

Everything you could possibly need here in the kitchen, really comfortable living and dining areas, really comfortable bed, lovely bedrooms with a great view. Great communication from the owner, absolutely nothing to complain about. Really great service.

Really lovely little cottage.

Rear view over the fields with cows, calf’s and sheep was a pleasure to see in the mornings. Great fish and chips from Walkers in Aberdovey sitting on the bench looking at the sea

This is a lovely property with lots of home comforts provided.

The kids loved the DVDs and games and we enjoyed sitting in the little garden with views over the fields. The local area is beautiful with access to beaches and hill walking. The bathroom would benefit from an extractor fan, but other than that, it suited us down to the ground.
