It is set at the end of a farm track, a mile above their home, with beautiful views of luscious, rolling countryside.

With such wonderful views, exposed stone walls, wooden beams and deep slate windows sills, it is full of character and makes a wonderful destination for friends and families seeking a relaxing break whilst exploring North Wales.

At the front of the property, a stunning conservatory extension is made from glass and wood, with an A-frame veranda.

It has comfy seating for five and makes a lovely place to catch up on some reading, or simply enjoy the wonderful countryside views.

Through into the hub of the property is an open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and comfy seating for two in front of bi-fold doors that open onto the patio.

This room is a really wonderful, social space where everyone can cook, prepare picnics and dine together, or discuss how to spend the day.

There is also a snug on the ground floor, with a woodburning stove set inside a fabulous inglenook fireplace.

It has exposed stone walls, wooden beams and is a lovely cosy spot to sit and unwind.

There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a walk-in shower for those who struggle with stairs.Up on the first floor are two further, spacious bedrooms, both beautifully decorated to offer bright, modern accommodation and a comfortable night’s sleep.

In the bathroom, you can relax with a bubble bath after a long walk.

There is a large parking area with space for eight cars, which leads round to a patio and up to a raised lawn.

The patio has dining furniture and comfy Rattan-style seating so you can dine outdoors, or simply enjoy a refreshing drink in the sunshine.

The large lawn is framed by pretty flower borders in old railway sleepers, and makes a great space for the kids to burn off some energy and enjoy the fresh air.

There is a dining table and chairs for two, as well as a seat in the far corner.

On clear days, you can enjoy your morning coffee and some peace and quiet, whilst gazing across to Mount Snowdon in the distance.
