House was more spacious than expected, based on just looking at the photos.

The space in the conservatory was great and the dining table was just right for all of us (4 adults, 4 kids), we also used it for playing card/board games. To be honest this option was not on the top of our list, but now we have used this accommodation, its definitely near or at the top of the list. I'm not sure if you are able to do so, but maybe add a video tour of the house in the listing (just a suggestion)

Spacious and all he facilities you need.

Couple of things to mention is that as the nights grow cool the single duvets need a bit extra. The front step might be a bit difficult for the less mobile and grab handles would help.

We have just had a fabulous week in Bryn Bach!

Everything was exactly as described. A spacious , well equipped property, comfortable beds, a lovely large dining table in the conservatory, everything we needed was available, all topped off with lovely views and a great location, in fact a real home from home!! A grab rail by the front door would be a good idea for those less mobile, but that said we would definitely book in for another stay if we return to Rhos in the future.
