“The property was poorly cleaned ; cobwebs everywhere and clearly some areas had not been touched , including the inside of kitchen cupboards.”
We had a power cut which was island wide but no candles or torches were provided in an emergency situation. Cottage was charming and spacious but no Usable Wi Fi despite having been told that it was available.

I`m very sorry you didn`t feel satisfied with the cleanleness of the property, our cleaner is exceptionally thorough and we`ve never received any negative feedback about this before. As discussed on your arrival, it`s always difficult to guarantee wi fi speeds in rural areas, it`s possible the inclement weather caused some interference during your stay and you`de have to know how to download the password.
Although power cuts are extremely rare, I can appreciate the inconvenience this may have caused, fortunately this occured during the daytime and we were pleased to be able to provide you with regular updates regarding the situation which lasted short of a few hours and you were able to go out.We have noted your comment regarding a lack of torches in the cottage and these have already have been replaced, small items such as these tend to go missing because guests walk their dogs at night I should also note that we do not store candles in the cottage as they are a potential f ire risk. We`re sorry you left early because of the bad weather but the sun did come out as soon as you`de gone and the rest of the week`s weather was greatly improved..
