In the sitting room, you'll find sofas arranged around a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.
There's also a separate study or reading room with a sofa and desk, offering a peaceful retreat.
Each of these rooms provides wonderful views of the countryside.
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and patio doors that open onto a small, decked area, leading to the top garden; the ensuite bathroom includes a luxury freestanding bath and a walk-in shower with stylish green brick-effect tiles.
There are two additional double bedrooms on this floor, with a shared 'Jack and Jill' bathroom.
The top floor has a charming twin bedroom in the eaves, perfect for children, along with a shower room featuring a shower and a skylight window ensuring lots of natural light.
The front of the house is surrounded by a large lawned garden with shrubs.
There is also a Victorian orangery currently being renovated by the owners.
Opposite the house, a footpath winds down to Fedw Fawr, a National Trust Common that leads to White Beach.
Nature and wildlife are all around, offering endless opportunities for exploration.
Just a short drive away, you’ll find Beaumaris, with its shops, famous castle, galleries, and a great selection of pubs, restaurants, and cafes.

Lovely house and area.
The property is well stocked for crockery, dishes etc., Very spacious, beds were very comfortable, all my family agreed on this. Very clean, very eclectic decor and furniture but fitted with the property. The en-suite shower room, although no door from the bedroom, could really do with an opaque blind on the window in there. Bit disconcerting as the window is clear glass and only a filter blind on it. Front garden was well kept, which our two small dogs loved, and a small raised grassed area leading off from the main bedroom with deck and french doors on to it, from the back of the property. Really cosy place. We did have a small issue with dormant clusters of ladybirds at some windows and a few wasps inside, but this was not a big thing for us, we just 'relocated' them to the garden. The path to the house from the parking area is quite a few footsteps to the front door. A couple more path lights would be helpful as quite dark area to navigate at night. Overall, however it is a great place to stay, very rural and in a really picturesque quiet area overlooking fields and then the sea. We enjoyed staying here very much.
Beautiful cottage with amazing views.
Very clean. Large spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. Love the decor. Kitchen facilities very good but could do with replacing kitchen knives as they were blunt, plates too big for dish washer The en-suite was very small and shower slightly raised and awkward to get in to. Shower tray needs a mat is it is very slippery. Had a fabulous holiday and would certainly go back.
Lovely house with great sea views and local walks.
Plenty of things to do close by. Nice restaurants and pubs. Good garden for the dog. Enclosed and plenty of space. Our bedroom did not have a bathroom door on which could be a bit embarrassing at times! There was a long way to walk from the parking area to the house but we knew that before we went. We had a great week. Lucky with the weather. Would definitely go again.
