Lovely cozy cottage.
Well equipped and a fantastic location in the centre of Porthmadog ( on road parking is a nightmare! ) If we were being super picky we’d suggest the following updates: upgrade to a king size bed and a wardrobe for more hanging space in the bedroom. A fold down dining table, just to give a bit more room in the lounge.
The property exceeded my expectations and I would consider it excellent value for money.
I was in Porthmadog primarily for railway trips and so much was in easy walking distance- both the stations, the bus stops, some excellent pubs and a supermarket. The cottage was so compact and cosy and had everything I needed and more! So pleased was I that I have already booked (a longer) return visit for next year. Many thanks.
A very nice property in the heart of Porthmadog, under 5 minute walk to the bus stops with direct services which can take you all over Eryri and 10 mins walk to the Railway Station.
Ideal base for walking The Snowdonia Slate Trail, Wales Coast Path and The Snowdonia Way. Would gladly visit again.
