We travel to Wales a lot and have stayed in a lot of different accommodation over the years.
This accommodation is the best yet, finished to a high standard, very comfortable and very clean. We very much appreciated the welcome hamper (especially as we did not have milk and bread!) so we had something for breakfast. The hosts, Tammy and Rhys, were wonderful when we needed them, they are lovely people and very welcoming but also very respectful of our stay only coming to our aid when needed. For us, it is a very good location, in reach of everything we needed and visited. Absolutely fabulous. Thank you to the wonderful hosts.
The owners are a lovely couple and most helpful if yiu have questions.
They left a lovely gift of essential goodies like Milk, TeaBags, Bread plus nany more items including Wine also. The lodge was spotlessly clean and comfortable. What would of been helpful would be a set of drawers in the bedroom rather than live out of a suitcase for the 7 days. Photos of the compact shower room would of helped. My partner thought a shelf would be very helpful for putting shaving items plus bags with tooth brushes/paste etc. Being disabled the shower floor is very slippy. Would be ideal if a rubber mat and a rail of some kind to hold onto were provided whilst in their as made me very wary for rest of the week. We still had a lovely week there. We would return if those items were provided.
The property was spotless.
Everything you need was available. Beds are very comfortable . Tammy and Rhys were very nice and helpful. Could not ask for a better place for a weekend away
