“Lovely, modern, well equipped property in a great location for exploring the area.”

We had everything we could possibly need to self cater, smart TV and comfy couches for entertainment, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and tastefully decorated rooms, garden furniture in a pleasant, sunny garden, quiet cul de sac. Everything thought of. Would not hesitate to recommend.

“This is a beautiful bungalow, we were a family of 6, 4 adults, 1 toddler and a baby.”

The king-size beds very comfortable plenty of room for a travel cot which was provided. The kitchen well equipped, the lounge comfortable with a toy chest in the corner. Plenty of toys for the toddler to play with. The back garden plenty of room to run about, patio furniture and bbq to have a restful family meal. The bungalow is 2 miles outside Porthmadog but only took a few minutes to travel to the town and the Ffestiniog railway. In the town there is 3 supermarkets so we didn't go hungry!!! We certainly would recommend the property to anyone and looking forward to our next holiday.

“We chose the property based on 2 claims, a 10 minute stroll to the beach and a secure patch of garden for our dog - it delivered 100%, so grateful not to have to wedge patio furniture in gaping hedge holes like we have found in other Sykes cottages that have have claimed to be "secure".”

In addition it was very clean and well equipped, an issue with the heating was dealt with very promptly by the owner and we enjoyed our stay - would definitely recommend.

Very well equipped . Ideal location for visiting many attractions , Portmerion , Ffsteniniog Railway , Caernarfon and more . Very quiet location and end of cul-de-sac walking distance to beautiful beach .

“Needed a plumber to fix a dangerously loose toilet seat.”

Actioned by owners immediately. Light bulb in 2nd bedroom lamp not working. The place needs more storage. Only one room had any form of wardrobe. Overall, the place was great. Excellent location for what we wanted. It was very clean, had all the right utensils, equipment etc. Beds were comfortable, showers worked well, which is s bonus on a lot of places.
