This charming, semi-detached family home rests on the Llyn Peninsula within the seaside town of Nefyn. Offering an elegant coastal retreat for a family or group of seven, this property enjoys spacious communal rooms to relax in when you're not out in the fresh Welsh air. After a busy day on the beach or exploring the Wales coastal path relax in the homely sitting room and enjoy the large selection of books, where classic and antique style furnishings create a snug spot to wind down in. A second sitting area with a grand dining table, can be used to entertain the little ones with the TV or sit at the table with a board game. Cook up some delicious meals using the large range cooker found in the stylish well-appointed kitchen with it’s beautiful wooden units and an additional dining table offering a perfect breakfast spot for all to gather around in the morning before you embark on another fun-filled day. A shower room with a separate basin and WC can be found on the ground floor, in addition to a family bathroom on the first floor, with a shower over the bath, so there's something to suit all. Find two delightful double rooms on the first floor, complete with quality bedding, excellent storage space and charming sea and country views from the windows. Head up to the second floor to find the pretty twin room and a single room, both ideal for children. Enjoy playing games with your little ones in the large lawned garden or simply rest on the decking in the sun on a summer afternoon for some alfresco dining. Take walks along the impressive cliffs on the Llyn Coastal Path which practically begins on your doorstep before returning home to enjoy a cosy night in front of the wood burning stoves in one of the relaxing sitting rooms with your loved ones. Whether you are a keen or fair-weather walker, you can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery and take pleasure in stopping at cafés and pubs for refreshments, including the Ty Coch, voted one of the best beach bars in the world. Play a round of golf at the Nefyn & District Golf Club, or take a day trip to Pwllheli to wander around the marina and enjoy the shops and eateries on offer, before finishing the day with fish and chips overlooking the harbour. Along with being within easy driving distance of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park, Afallon will be a delightful place to bring your loved ones to in North Wales and explore the Llyn Peninsula.
Another incredible feature is an enchanting secluded Beach Hut within walking distance for guests' use at an extra charge. The beach hut is located on the cliff side above the beach with breath-taking views of Nefyn Bay and surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna in the attractive garden created by the owner. Public parking is available close by, but can get busy during peak periods. The beach hut is well equipped with everything for a fun family day on the beach including buckets, spades, deck chairs, space to prepare picnics and a camping stove for making cups of tea!

Afallon was a really lovely house to stay in!
Accomodation was generous - perfect for 2 families as we were. It was well equipped and the communication from the owner was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble! The enclosed garden was perfect for the children and the house felt homely and well-loved. Location was spot on -being a 5 or 6 minute walk down to the beach (getting up again was longer due to the slope!) We would love to return to Afallon as Nefyn was just lovely and stole our hearts!
