The property

This charming, semi-detached family home rests on the Llyn Peninsula within the seaside town of Nefyn.

Whether you are a keen or fair-weather walker, you can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery and take pleasure in stopping at cafés and pubs for refreshments, including the Ty Coch, voted one of the best beach bars in the world.

Play a round of golf at the Nefyn & District Golf Club, or take a day trip to Pwllheli to wander around the marina and enjoy the shops and eateries on offer, before finishing the day with fish and chips overlooking the harbour.
