Accommodation was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 4 teenagers,for whom hot tub and pitch&putt were v.popular. Nearest beach 10minute walk,other beaches short car ride away. Highly recommended

We have just spent a week in this beautiful house and we loved every minute of our stay.

The house is amazing and has everything you could possibly need. The gardens are beautiful and the outside seating areas are perfect to enjoy the peace and quiet, surrounded by lovely villages and gorgeous beaches. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay here, everything was perfect and we were sad to leave.

An absolutely amazing place to stay.

Clean, comfortable, spacious with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The outside seating area was an excellent place to chill whilst enjoying the sunshine. Superb garden area for the dogs to explore. Two quirky golf holes add to the fun factor. Fantastic location in order to explore the Surrounding area. Met the owner Andy, who is hands on, easy to talk to and available if required. Already looking forward to our next visit to the farmhouse.

The farmhouse was amazing, the layout was fantastic, including the outside spaces.

The owner was attentive, as an example the dish washer broke one evening, it was replaced the very next morning. As a family group, all ages from 4 to 88 were all enjoyed the stay. I thoroughly recommend the farmhouse.

A lovely farmhouse with everything you need in a beautiful part of North Wales.

The outside seating area and garden is so relaxing and the hot tub which is kept well maintained throughout your stay is a bonus. Thank you to our host Andy for checking in on us and always on hand if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend for a family or friends get together.

A great place to stay, especially with two families and two dogs.

Plenty of space for everyone and comfortable bedrooms. Sitting outside in the afternoon/evening sun was fabulous ending with a splash in the hot tub. It all made this a lovely holiday and for us, having not been to North Wales in many years, certainly made us consider coming back again.

Just wow. The house is superb. We had a wonderful time here. The owner was so nice too. You couldn’t want for any more. Great sized bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay for 8 of us. Loads of land which is ideal for active youngsters and a dog. You couldn’t wish for anymore. Nefyn is a lovely village with a fantastic beach. Nice local pub, a great Spar with lots of fresh food. There is even a brewery next door. A good walk to the Ty Coch Inn is a must too.

Excellent accommodation and Andy was very helpful with everything we needed when required.

All in all a very enjoyable holiday.

What a find!

Our family of 6 adults and two children couldn’t have been better accommodated. The Farmhouse is absolutely beautiful with great views to the mountains. The hot tub is top notch! Loved the different seating areas, both inside and out, and the decking too. The kitchen had everything we needed, not forgetting the laundry room with that all important extra fridge!

Fantastic stay at the Farmhouse.

Beautiful holiday home, we were a family of nine and two dogs and every one of us was catered for either with gorgeous walks on the beach to running around the beautiful grounds then relaxing in the hot tub!! Bedrooms were lovely with sumptuous comfortable beds. The kitchen had every pan and dish you could wish to use, with a lovely snug and open fire. The Welcome basket was a really nice touch and very much appreciated. A real home from home where we could spend quality family time together. A huge thank you to Andy and Michelle for sharing your beautiful home and attending to our every need. Needless to say we shall look forward to returning to this gorgeous part of Wales.

absolutely perfect for us - 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 dogs - everything was wonderful, the bedrooms and lounge area were really comfortable and plenty of space for us all, kitchen and dining area well equipped, clean and spacious and the outside area was amazing, lots of lounging spaces and the hot tub ... utter bliss and very well used! a stunning property - so pleased that Sykes found it for us!

We've just come back from a lovely week away at this cottage.

The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The owner Andy called us prior to arriving, which gave us the opportunity to ask a million questions. Andy also met us at the property when we arrived - he was very friendly, amenable and helpful. The golf and hot tub provided hours of fun and the beach on the doorstep (6 mins walk away) was the icing on the cake!! Would highly recommend which is why we've given this 5 stars.

We had an amazing time at the farm house.

We stayed with our 6 children and dog. 2 sharing in 1 of the twin rooms, and our baby in a cot in our room. The house is lovely with lots of space and everything we needed for a home away from home. All the rooms were clean and made up nicely for our arrival, with plenty of towels laid out and extra blankets if needed, which we didn’t thankfully as the weather was great. We even got a welcome basket in the kitchen with 2 bottles of wine and some treats for us and the kids. Andy, the owner was in contact well before our arrival to ask if there was anything we needed, and made sure there was a cot, high chair and stair gates installed for our little crawling explorer who decided to take his first steps while we were staying. Andy came to visit on our first day to make sure we were happy with everything and to make sure we were settling in. The information letter and attraction booklets we received on arrival were really useful. We tried out a couple of takeaways and we visited the cliffs restaurant which was fab! We also visited gypsy woods and greenwood with the kids which they thoroughly enjoyed. Both being about 30 mins drive. We had 2 days on the beach at Morfa Nefyn which were just perfect. The weather was excellent. The grounds of the farmhouse were fabulous too. Loads of space for the children to play and explore, they loved going looking for rabbits which was easy as there are hundreds all around. The configuration of the house, that wraps around the decking/patio area at the front makes it a real sun trap. There are loads of loungers, tables and chairs to relax in. There is a barbecue which we didn’t get chance to use and even a built in outside fireplace. The hot tub was great. We spent quite a few evenings relaxing in there once the kids went to bed. There’s plastic glasses available to have a few Proseccos! The older kids enjoyed using it too. For golfers, there’s 2 greens cut into the garden and clubs available for a knock about. We had a few games on the first night, but there’d have been no balls left if we’d carried on as we lost a few to the hedgerow so we gave up! Our holiday was fantastic. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely return at some point in the future. 5 stars for sure.
