The property

This charming three-story building, Glanffrwd, is perched in the pretty coastal hamlet of Nefyn, Gwynedd.

With four cleanly arranged bedrooms, an open-plan living area, near access to services and a beach, and enough for nine guests, Glanffrwd is the perfect place to recharge and unwind with loved ones.

As you enter the property, you'll be welcomed by a good seating area with plenty of plush furniture and a Smart TV so you can enjoy a movie night after a long day of explorations.

The designated chef can use the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare a delectable meal to be served at the dining table.

As the sun begins to drop over the adjacent homes, step outside into a tiny covered outdoor spot to have a beverage of your choice while making plans for the coming days.

When night falls, retire to a neatly-presented bathroom to freshen up, or choose a second-floor king-size bedroom with its very own en-suite shower for a taste of luxury.

You can also find a super-king-size (zip/link) bedroom with cot, a twin room, and a further second-floor twin room, all of which feature TVs, for additional spaces to unwind and get some rest.

The sandy mounds of Traeth Nefyn are nearby, where you can try your hand at paddleboarding or just relax and watch the waves pound the shore.

If you go a little farther, you'll reach Trefor Sea Stacks, which offers stunning views that run all the way along the coastline.

A wonderful manor home held by the National Trust called Plas yn Rhiw is close by.

It has an orchard of fruit trees and beautiful flowers, as well as a tearoom where you may spoil your loved ones.

Explore the majestic Castell Criccieth fortress in Criccieth for awe-inspiring views of the surroundings, or head into the Snowdonia National Park for an abundance of walking, cycling, and hiking trails, including the strenuous peak of Snowdon.

This is the ideal base for people who want to completely immerse themselves in all that North Wales has to offer because it is conveniently situated to also explore the well-known locations of Caernarfon, Bangor, and Anglesey.

Choose Glanffrwd for your next Gwynedd weekend getaway.
