Maes Y Ffynnon is a three-storey property nestled in the heart of Nefyn, Gwynedd.
Just a short distance from the beach and benefitting from an enclosed garden with furniture, Maes Y Ffynnon is a wonderful escape for group of nine guests and their canine companion.
After a day of exploring, kick back in the leather settees and switch on the Smart TV, catching up on your favourite shows.
Cross over into the kitchen and get to work on a home-cooked dish, making use of the integrated appliances, before serving up at the dining table and toasting to a much-needed escape.
Patio doors lead out to a decked area with furniture, or follow the steps down and along a passageway to reach the enclosed garden, finished with artificial grass, outdoor seating and lighting throughout, providing a lovely space to entertain into the evening.
Head upstairs to the first-floor, housing two bedrooms including a king-size and a family room with twin and bunk beds, serviced by a shower room.
Up another flight of stairs leads to the second-floor, where you can discover a king-size with zip/link beds and a single, along with a further contemporary shower room.
Each of the bedrooms are finished in neutral tones and come with wall-mounted Smart TVs so you can continue your favourite shows to bed.
There are a selection of nearby convenience stores where you can stock up on supplies, along with the Tafarn Yr Helier that serves traditional pub fare for when you fancy a break from cooking.
Pack your swimming trunks as you won’t have to go far to reach the golden sands of Traeth Nefyn, offering idyllic sea vistas that your dog can enjoy too!

An Absolute Gem for a Family Break!
We had a wonderful stay—we were blessed with sunshine, and the views from the cottage are simply stunning. Enjoying a BBQ for breakfast and gathering around the big table for games and fish & chips were real highlights for us. The cottage is lovely and cozy, with a clean bathroom and plenty of space. Since it’s set in a charming tiny village, parking right outside the door isn't always guaranteed, but there’s a parking area just a couple of minutes away. Being right next to the beautiful community garden run by the pub was fantastic. The local community was so incredibly welcoming! Visiting the garden and being shown around was the absolute highlight of the holiday for my youngest, who insisted on going back the next day. The neighbors and the pub were super welcoming, with great food, drinks, and prices. There’s also a lovely spot up by the Spar for cocktails, and it’s an easy, beautiful walk down to the stunning beach. Be sure to pop into the church to see the ladies at the maritime museum for a coffee and a chat, too! A brilliant little break—thank you so much!
Very clean, modern, and nicely decorated inside.
Also very well-furnished and well-equipped (although a second door key would have been handy). Great views out the back. We enjoyed the rear terrace and the secluded back garden. Convenient central location with pub, chip shop, and convenience store nearby, and cafe, chemist, and supermarket just a few minutes walk up the road. The long sandy beach (10 to 15 minutes walk away) was beautiful, and fantastic for families. We had a great holiday here.
