The property could have been a lot cleaner, it seems as if it's in need of a deep clean pre summer season.

The property was spacious and comfortable. However, the bedding needs a refresh and both shower doors need attention. The garden and stream are absolutely lovely and there issue much to see and do in the surrounding area. Although you can park on the pavement outside the property this is not easy if you have a large SUV. Overall we enjoyed staying at the property.

Parking can be difficult at the property, it's on a very busy main road, and the driveway is very narrow.

If you are over 6ft, you have to go to the toilet with the doors open, as your knees bang into the doors. The double bed in the first bedroom, is the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. Other than that the property is great.

This is a nice and well equipped house that was ideal for our short trip to North Wales.

The games certainly kept our family entertained in the evenings after a day exploring the area. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area.
