  • “Our stay at Songbird Hideaway was exactly what we needed after this turbulent year.”

We were amazed at how beautifully clean the place was, how well kept it was and how lovely the setting was. Everything was fresh and clean, felt as though they had gone above and beyond to keep the place covid secure. We arrived a couple of days late due to our own transport problems and it wasn’t a problem. Only wish we had more time to spend there! ...

The decor was gorgeous, everything so tastefully decorated with care and attention. It really felt like a home. Instant hot water, massive shower was a bonus! The double bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. A decent tv was perfect for nights in. Though there was no wifi, for those worried about contact, there was decent enough phone signal and we could use the data on our phone when we needed the internet. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy this place in the warmer months too. Hopefully there will be just as many rabbits in the summer too as waking up to them in the garden was a special treat!
