Visitors to our Rhoscolyn holiday cottages love it for its fabulous sea views, rock pooling, paddling, birdwatching and the peace and quiet.

Why Rhoscolyn?

Rhoscolyn is the southernmost village on Holy Island - a small island to the west of Anglesey which is accessible by a road bridge. Its easily accessible from the A55 and is conveniently located for nearby villages such as Trearddur Bay, Valley and the port town of Holyhead all on the Isle of Anglesey

As well as being known as a watersport hotspot, it’s also well known for its excellent seafood which you can buy fresh from the water at the village fishmonger. A visit to The White Eagle is a must for an evening meal or even a quick bite to eat.

Look out for a stone memorial on the cliffs which commemorates the life of a brave sea captain’s dog called Tyger. He pulled four men ashore when their vessel was wrecked off the coast here in 1819.
