A holiday cottage in Conwy is a great base for exploring the North Wales coastline, soaking in the Snowdonia scenery or delving into fascinating local history.

Why Conwy?

Conwy is a lovely walled medieval town, home to Conwy Castle, which was built in the thirteenth century, during the reign of Edward I. Steeped in history, there is plenty to see and do - Conwy Castle, Plas Mawr, Thomas Telford's Conwy Suspension Bridge and Aberconwy House.

Conwy is also renowned for having The Smallest House in Great Britain, which was built in the 16th century. Measuring only 72 inches across, 122 inches high and 120 inches deep, the house that is also known as Quay House is a popular tourist attraction.

Its narrow streets are packed with an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants and the harbour is a great place to sit and look out over the Conwy estuary.

Bodnant Gardens, Surf Snowdonia and Zip World's Fforest site are all a short drive away.
